"When people value their Privileges over their Principals, they soon lose both" This is the sign I have seen now for a few days posted on a local church marque. I see this sign every day on my way to the office, and about every week or so, it is changed to another quote. I don't know the author or who makes the changes to the sign, however, it is usually a message of sorts to get you thinking about what is really important in life.
"When people value their Privileges over their Principals, they soon lose both" to me is a very strong message, and got me thinking about many different thoughts. I love these kind of messages....usually a play on words, or an analogy that has a couple of meanings, or just some kind of motivational message.
"When people value their Privileges over their Principals, they soon lose both" Why did this one hit me, after going by these messages for many years? I do know, and that is what got me thinking. It might get a lot of people thinking........We are very Privileged people, and many need to work on their Principals.
"When people value their Privileges over their Principals, they soon lose both" So is it worth thinking about? I think so.....what do you think

Good Morning Dick,
I like that--there's a lot of truth in those words, isn't there? It seems that so many people have abandoned principles. Sad. Thank you for sharing.
Dick and Sandy, this is definitely a good reminder that our principals (integrity) needs to be our first priority in life. Everything after that is just the window dressing. Thanks for the post.
Cynthia, thanks for commenting! ya gotta look yourself in the mirror, and without principles ya can't!
Allison, ah nothing like a peaceful sleep!
Andrea, love that sign....how many people go by that everyday, and don't give it a thought? I'am now going to be more aware of these messages....and oh yeah thanks for giving me credibility regarding the sign!
