Day 36 Nona Baca Winery - This winery is a must "do" when you are in Wilmington. http://www.nbwinery.com/
I discovered them at the Chocolate Festival a few years ago and it is a great place to visit. They have a FREE wine tasting that you won't want to miss. They also have some award winning wines. They have wine kits and believe me....it is fun to make your own wine.... A lot of work, but well worth the effort....My favorite is their ice wine. Fabuloso!!!! My favorite part of the wine tasting experience was when the owner pulled out the "clef du vin" It will age wine 1 year for each second when it comes in contact with the wine....it is awesome how this works. ...I am buying one for the hubby...so if you want to know what a 10 year old bottle of wine will taste like.....10 seconds is all it takes...and you will experience some good wine.

Day 33 Masonboro Island - This pristine barrier island is one of the last undisturbed islands in the area. It sits south of Wrightsville Beach and north of C arolina Beach. Masonboro Island is accessible only by boat. The island is about 8 miles long...
Most people access the sandy beaches at the north and south end.
You must carry your trash off and protect our beautiful island. A walk across the dunes and you see the beautiful crystal blue Atlantic. This is one of the prettiest beaches in the area. There are no facilities on the island and you must bring everything you need. The perfect place for a picnic or a long walk....you just need to get there on your boat, your friends boat or take a water taxi from Wrightsville Beach. Check out Masonboro Island on FaceBook at

June....Another Busy Month!
June is typically a busy month for us....kids out of school, parents planning a move, closings from the Spring sales. Sales trainers call them Celebrations, not closings...we call them celebrations also!
When you think of a celebration, what comes to mind? Holidays? Milestones? June Brides? Graduations? A new home? I really enjoy the look of anticipation. excitement, the sense of a great accomplishment and the looking forward to a new beginning that first time home buyers have. It should be a celebration! Here are some more dates to celebrate this month....
